Information for you about cancer in
the North of Scotland
The North of Scotland Cancer Network
(NOSCAN) is the regional network that aims to improve cancer care
for people living in the north of Scotland. It incorporates NHS
Tayside, NHS Highland, NHS Grampian, NHS Western Isles, NHS Orkney
and NHS Shetland.
The website provides information to
members of the public and health professionals about cancer
services in the north. It also gives access to decisions being made
by key groups across the region. We hope you will find it useful
and would value your comments on our site and the work we are
involved with in helping improve cancer services in the north.

Information for patients looking at Cancer Information on
NOSCAN website
Macmillan Cancer Support have re-organised their website and as
a result, all the links from the NOSCAN website to any Cancerbackup
information within all subsections of Cancer Types, Practical and
Emotional Support and General Information will have to be
reset. This may take our website co-ordinators some time so
please bear with us. In the meantime, if you’d like any
specific cancer information from Cancerbackup/Macmillan,
please click on this link to the merged Cancerbackup/Macmillan
site; this will take you to the Cancer Information page and you
will be able to search for information on any tumour type from this
page.
Thank you
