The North of Scotland Cancer Network (NOSCAN) is the regional network that aims to improve cancer care for people living in the north of Scotland. It incorporates NHS Tayside, NHS Highland, NHS Grampian, NHS Western Isles, NHS Orkney and NHS Shetland.

The website provides information to members of the public and health professionals about cancer services in the north. It also gives access to decisions being made by key groups across the region.
